The Universe Within

Christa is taking Anatomy. A few months ago there was a show called "The Universe Within". An Asian company found a way to plasticize the cells in the human body preserving it without using nasty Chemicals such as formalin. I ended up going with Christa and her Classmates. It was quite entertaining watching them point, gesture and talk excitedly about some body part.
I remember seeing this show on the news a few years back. It created some objection because they curators tried to make this showing artsy. They set up these preserved people, who were in different stages of dissection, in different forms with props. One person was on a bicycle, another was reading a newspaper, and another was holding a clothes hanger with his skin hanging on the hanger. I can see why some people saw this attempt at modern art quite disturbing and dis-respectful toward life and death.
I bought six post cards because I could not take any photographs, however my scanner driver is acting funky so I only have two usable scans to show you.
