Takin' a Break

I'm taking a break from Hebrew. It's only only 1 week until my final and I'm freaking out. All I can see in my mind are words like Qal, Hophil, Niphal Verb, tonic, propretonic, diphthong. Construct noun etc. . . I can't remember anything. I'm in the process of trying to parse out verb conjugations and I have been failing jut about every time. AHHHH! What am I going to do!

Life has been very busy and stressful. However I was able to see my family this fall, and my wife and I were able to see her family during Thanksgiving.

I don't think I have any current pictures of my travels. We have taken to traveling light through the airports, which usually means I do not take my camera with me.

Had some visitors last month. We had fun. They did most the talking. But I was able to get a word or two in and talked about one or two key differences we had in beliefs. I hope these two elders in some sense started wondering and pondering and to start looking deeper into their faith.

I went to see the Hogan Spartan JV homecoming game. JV got smashed by their opponent. But I was able to see some of the youth in the youth group. This is Jordan, he hardly ever come to youth group but was very glad to see I had shown up when he invited me.

Key-ah-vahn-nee (I'm not sure of the spelling but that is how it is phonetically pronounced) lives right next door to the church. He hardly makes it to Youth Group also but here's for hoping.

Kyle used to come to youth group all the time, now he's in HS he has stopped coming, I took this picture before he got in trouble for skipping football practice to go visit his girlfriend.

P.S. these photos were taken September, October and November but the blog will not let me predate entries anymore.

That's it for now
