Washington D.C.
This entry is post dated back to the 16th:
Christa and I decided to try to take a little time together, since we have not really seen each other too much over the last half a year. One of the ladies in church thought we were having problems and split up. Needless to say it was time to get out of town and take a few days together. After much deliberation and looking for good deals, as well as factoring in gas prices, we decided on WA D.C. We had a free place to stay, found good plane tickets and took off on the thirteenth to see the capitol.
We had fun; the time way too short, and with the sleeping accommodations, it was just kind of like dating again. We saw the major monuments as well as the spy museum, the Capitol, had good authentic Chinese food, and saw Christa's friend present at Georgetown. I soon as I remembered what a prion was, I was able to follow about 40% of the lecture. Yea for me. . .
